Mr. Spyros Ioannou obtained his LLB (Hons) Law degree from De Montfort University (UK) and he is a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association. He established Ioannou LLC with their head offices situated in Larnaca, Cyprus and affiliate offices in Hungary, Greece and the USA.

His distinguished clientele encompasses from national and international private individuals as well as corporations and collaborates with law firms globally to open doors and implement practical solutions tailored to the needs of his clients with a strong emphasis on client care and attention.

Spyros knowledge and experience extends to various fields enabling him to provide services regarding a wide range of legal, financial and taxation matters; including amongst others Shipping Law, Employment, Immigration matters, Corporate, Civil, Criminal and Commercial Litigation with wide experience in representing clients before all the Courts in Cyprus as well as the Magistrates Courts at the Sovereign Bases.
