He graduated from Charles University School of Law in Prague from where he subsequently received his J.D. and Ph.D. in Private International Law and International Business Law. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association..

Beside his legal practice, he also lectured between 2010 and 2015 on International Business Law and Private International Law at his alma mater´s Department of Commercial Law. He is author and co-author of Private International Law and International Business Law expert publications

In providing legal services, especially to the top tier private or state owned companies operating in the Czech Republic as well as public sector entities, he focuses mostly on:

  • Litigation and arbitration
  • Contact with public and EU authorities
  • Assessment of business matters from the competition law view
  • Fuels and other commodities trading
  • Air, maritime, rail, truck and urban transportation
